Every time you get flats, it is best to have with you your patch kit and some tools like a screw driver. Carrying racks are usually found at the back of your bicycle. You can place there your bag, your repair kit and other necessary things that you need to bring along. It is not safe to carry backpacks because there is a big possibility of hurting your shoulders. This might affect your balance, and this might lead you to some accidents.
